Hello doctor i m currently 5 weeks pregnant and have been taking prenatal multivitamins which has 800mcg The doctor has advised me to take 5mg folinext gold (on alternate days) So i m currently taking prenatal vitamins on 1 day and folinext gold on the other day Is that the right way?
