5 mm kidney stone in left kidney

Dear Doctor, I had tolerable pain at left side I was consult Dr before 01 month and after diagnosed and xray Ane urine report they found that I had 5 mm stone at left side. Dr give me medicine for 10 days.than I got relief from pain.suddenly since 2 days I suffer pain at my left groin area and testicles also. What the cause of the same Ane request you to please guidee me for the same.
