There are evidence of radiodense calculus (645HU) measuring 5.4 mm seen in right distal ureter impacted at UV junction causing mild degree of hydronephrosis and hydroureter however prompt exceretion of contrast medium is seen in both kidneys and renel parenchy on either side show uniform opacification.
