I am Diagnosed with 4mm Stone in left ureter. Will it pass it's own or I will need Surgery?? Currently taking pain killer Drotin M to minimize pain.

If the stone is in the lower part of the ureter, it would come out with medication, try taking Tab. Tamfil S once a day for 7 days, after food, might help
