X ray report 1.Cardiac shadow appear. 2.Unfolding of aorta seen 3.Prominant vascular marking in both lungs 4.Both domes of diaphragm and both co angle clear 5.Both hila apear normal 6.Soft tissue and bony cage apear normal. Persistent dry cough , breathless, extrem Weakness post covid discharge. 2d echo and ecg normal with tachycardia. Nabuliser help in persistent cough. No anti biotic going on earlier meru penum by iv and then ferupenun was going on. Pulse rate is high 105 and above and high blood pressure 145/90.
