My 4 month old son is grunting before and during passing urine. He is also waking up crying. Also he is spitting a lot of curdled milk.

Dear sir Babies crying before and after passing urine is usually normal and nothing to worry about. This is because of the stretching of the urinary bladder If your son is not gaining weight or if there is fever or ballooning of skin we may have to rule out urinary tract infection
