At this age passing of mixed stools is normal and happens quite often in babies who are being mixed fed. You need to be vigilant whether the baby is feeding well and passing urine 5-6 times a day. If you feel the child is lethargic and not accepting feeds well then consult immediately

Full watery no stool material,may be viral diarrhea.may take 3 to 4 days for relief.only ors and z&d drop 0.5ml once a day for 2 weeks can be given.child playful and active u can wait for if,worried stool micro and red.sugar can be done and be consulted.

If your baby is active playful taking feeds weel passing urine well then That's normal only

Greetings yellow, seedy, and watery stools are often normal, especially with breastfeeding or mixed feeding. Frequent small passages during gas can also be common at this age. Since he is feeding well, active, and having normal wet diapers, it is a positive sign he is hydrated. However, a sudden change in frequency could be due to a mild viral infection, a reaction to something in the diet, or a normal developmental shift. Monitor for signs of dehydration, fever, or blood in the stool, and consult  pediatrician

At this age, yellow watery seedy stools can be normal, especially in mixed-fed babies. Since baby is active, feeding well and urine output is normal, usually nothing serious. Just continue feeds and observe. Consult if fever, vomiting, blood in stool, poor feeding or reduced urine happens.
