My baby has 4 months old. He suffering from motion. Going motion for each feeding. Which comes smell.any medications

Quite normal in breastfeeding infant to pass still after each food it's called gastro colic reflex. If gaining weight, passing urine regularly, taking feeding normally then no need to worry. If he is on bottle feed and if any of above is abnormal then you should visit Pediatrician.
