2 drops in each nostril Can be used as 2 hourly To three time daily as required If any feeding difficulties, use saline drops and feed after few minutes

If ur from north India this cough is due to winter season. Make ur room warm instead of baby. Room temp should be 26-28degree c.

Look for the condition of the child, monitor respiratory rate, any chest retraction, nasal flaring as well as the child feeding well, active and not lethargic.
