4 mo not peeing at night ( 8 hours )

My 4 month baby isnt peeing at night at a stretch of 8 hours. Or sometimes just once. In day time her pee count is 6-7 times. Also for past one week she is having cold cough but no fever n taking medicine & nebuliser also. Though she is active n sleeps well at night. In Delhi temperature has become hot as well these days. Is it something worrisome ?

Hi, it depends on how much feed is the baby taking at night times; make sure baby gets night time feeds.
