I aged 65 hv Giddiness n imbalance. I've sugar n BP since 10 yrs n tk atorvastatin for cholesterol. About 6 months ago i've been diagnosed of cervical osteophytes (C4-C7) & carotid arteries blockage (not severe yet, but has plaques) for which I tk aspirin n do physio. Still i've no improvement. Shall I go for neurology

Please get a ct angiogram for carotid arteries to rule the severity of stenosis. Based on that I can better guide you.
