I am 36 weeks pregnant with my first child..my due date is Oct 11..from past 2 days I am vomiting out whatever I eat and drink and from today I have slight loose motion..and also have slight dull aches on back and under left side abdomen...so just wanted to know the reason and also if anything to worry about..
