35 weeks baby growth

We are 35 week pregnant & our baby Growth falls at 31 percentile for the period of gestation (Previous scan 40 percentile). Should we worry about this ? We were at low risk in dual mark up and intravardiac Echogenic cardiac focus was found in second trimester
