  4. 33 weeks problem. It a sign of labour?

Dr told my wife to lie down on left side but whenever she eats or bathe she feels that baby goes upside and short of breath. Moreover sometimes she feel sharp pain in lower abdomen and vagina. Her breasts also produced colostrum. Is that normal at 33, weeks of pregnancy ? Is it a sign of labour?
