33 WEEKS Premature ROP ZONE3 IMMATURE

Hello, My baby born in 28 weeks currently in NICU.at 31st week First ROP screening done, reports came as Zone2 and after 2 weeks at 33rd week second ROP screening done, reports came as ZONE3 immature. Doctor said next screening will be after 2 weeks that means at 35 weeks gestation. Zone3 immature is common for premature 33 weeks baby ? Is it improving or do we need to take any extra care ? Please let me know

Hello Zone 3 immature is common for this kid There is nothing to worry if zone 2 is vascularised. Just go for regular retina examination as advised by your ophthalmologist
