I am 30 weeks 2 days pregnant. Had done my ultrasound at 29 weeks at 5 days just 3 days ago. Everything was fine and normal as per report. Today I had bleeding in my stool due to hard stool. After few hours I saw stain of blood at my panty. Really worried is it came from vagina or not.
