Dust went in left eye and it became red spot and kid is feeling irritation due to the red spot. Please let me know what is the immediate first aid and medicines to be applied to ensure the red spot removal thanks

please wash his eyes with fresh and clean water. can put antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin. please consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
