3 months old keep Eyes rubbing eyes

My 3 months 20days old baby boy keep rubbing his eyes..he is not crying but keep rubbing ... because of rubbing eyes are looking little red and also little swallowing also..also iam finding his eye discharge is little higher than usual...pls suggest on this regard...is it normal or can I go see a doctor?
