3.7 mm kidney stone in right kidney
Hi , I am having kidney stone for the first time. How long does it take for kidney stone to pass on its own. I want to try for pregnancy after the stone passes. Do I need to take any medication for stone to pass? I am drinking coconut water, lemon juice and buttermilk with lots of water. Is that enough? When I am standing and walking for too long I am getting lower back pain. Does walking helps in kidney stone to pass? How can I know which type of stone do I have? Please help me with your suggestions.

Small stones tend to pass on their own.. but a few may remain in the kidney for longer duration and sometimes may not pass.
Continue to drink plenty of fluids for now. Check with urologist once.. along with your scan reports
