Hi I have been having pain lower abdomen above the pelvic bone got an usg done it says having 3.5 mm of calcus is noted in lower pole of left kidney what do I need to do

The small stone in left lower pole of kidney may not the be cause of pain in lower abdomen.there might be another one lower down and or some other cause.
