1 Is it normal to have 2-4 lipomas under the skin of belly region. 2 will it increase in numbers 3 i normally take street food is it due to this reason ?

Hello....  1.its absolutely normal to have lipoma,  nothing dangerous,  u can get it removed if required.  2. There is chances of getting more..  3. Nope nothing related to street food.
