In sep-2016 a minor cut occurred near my lips that had grown into a mass like having 3-4 globules in bunch. Sometimes due to touch it gets a cut and blood flows like anything. It does not dry out nor have any pain and its like red pearl like globules in bunch which remain as it is. Its near my left side of lips so i'm lil bit worried. some says incision should me made and it should be cut down. i dont know to whom i should go for incision. it has grown much more. donot have any pus or anything but just pure blood. please help. its urgent as it is on my face
