2nd Pregnancy after 20 months of 1st chi

My first Baby boy was born 1st May 2021, He is 20 months old now, I am currently 35 year old. I had a hard time conceiving the first baby, we did 2 failed IUI and Failed IVF, but after this 1st pregnancy was conceived naturally. Currently I have undertaken pregnancy test and it is positive. We had thought of  planning second baby but it turned out to be too quick as we are surprised by this spontaneous pregnancy without any hardship. Is it safe to continue this pregnancy considering  the time spacing between two pregnancy?
