Hi I have my c section delivery just 25 days ago. It is a pasting type.stitch. doctor.checked last week and said everything is ok, u can do normal worker but avoid strained work. So, should I bend now to pick up some light weight object/baby diper/baby cloth?

Hello, Not to bend yet, put everything on cot do work easily.whatever it is,  not to sit on ground at least two months. Ok.
