We r trying to conceive It's 23 rd day of my cycle n since 2 days I'm having severe backache and tender breast cramps in lower abdomen

This could rarely be an early sign of pregnancy.. Do a urine pregnancy test after 1 week..dont take ny pain killers as its not safe
