I'm 23 years old and did take full precautions while having an inter course. I felt dizzy yesterday so I took the test today. Turns out I am pregnant. What is to be done now?

If you donot want to continue pregnancy then see a gynaeclogist and can opt for abortion pills or d&c if required.
