Hi, with a hope, that I will get some help from the large community of gods in earth. I have this problem from 2 years now and visited urologist, sexologist, psychiatrists etc. but the problem still persists. I am getting pain and discomfort in pelvic areas. The scrotum is hanging and it pains when I walk or run. Bowel movement is irregular. I don't get stronger erection like before, if I try it hurts mild. The genital size reduces often and getting thinner day by day. Sex drive is reduced. Every some or other part of abdomen hurts. Did detailed examination through ultrasonic and no results. The pain reduced a bit after use of gabapentin. Also sometimes it improves when I do relaxation or diaphragmatic breadthing. Do you think there is a solution? Read about similar problems reduced using wand(therawand) but not sure if its effective. I need a permanent cure for this and I request you to respond if you can really save me.

Dear friend, U may have chronic pelvic pain syndrome / type 3b prostatitis ..  and this chronic pain is causing u to believe that ur genitals r shrinking .. also affecting ur erections. U need to meet a senior Urologist who routinely handles such cases. Once confirmed, u need to be patient ,my friend because it takes time to get rid of it. However with latest medicines and facilities, ur discomfort can be significantly reduced !! Also do consult a psychiatrist who can help manage ur anxiety and keep u mentally healthy--- because it has been found that if u r  stress-free, the problem gets solved more quickly! Best of luck and be strong... In the right hands ur problem can be taken care of ..
