I think my 2 year old has a sinus infection what should i do? its been going on for about 2 weeks now dry nose and mouth what should i do

It is unlikely for children to have sinusitis as most of the sinuses are yet to develop completely at this age. Child may be suffering from acute rhinitis which is a common type of nose infection. You may need to give anti cold medicines for few days
