2 months Baby- tears from eyes

My baby getting tears from eyes sometimes and mostly after bath daily (as in attached pics). Using sebamed soap and using very little amount and  not touching soap around eyes. Don't know why tears are coming. Please suggest.

It could normally be a little irritation from the soap or water. But if there's any redness, you should consult an ophthalmologist for expert opinion. Take care!
