I had 3 follicles this cycle. 1st folly ruptured on 30 July after taking ovidrel inj. The other 2 follies were 19mm & did not rupture. My doc advised me to start progesterone gel from 1 August to which i did comply. But the next morning i felt a little heavy (like i had ovulated). Can follies rupture even after taking progesterone or turn into cyst
