Our baby (preterm born in 36 week 5 days), 2.5 weeks old is having fever since morning He has pooped 5-6 times Weather in Agra is getting cold. What should we do ?

Kindly monitor temperature and if it's above 99.4F then only consider fever and give paracetamol drops... Don't overwrap the infant...
Next Steps
if there is fever then requires in person consultation with pediatrician...
