My 2.5 months baby has started sucking hand fist constantly recently. She does after feed as well Is this sign of hunger or something else She is exclusively breastfed

Greetings .. baby sucking hands is a form of self soothing and is a sign that they’re developing well.. so no need to worry if weight gain is adequate .
