My twins babies are crying a lot so as per dr prescription I have given dr reddys atarax is it safe to give the children they are 2.5 month old

dear parents. kid cry due infantile colic. give colicaid drops 10drops SOS. after feeding put the baby on left shoulder and pat just behind stomach level for 5mintues to burpe.
