Hi, I got married 2 years 7 months back, planning for pregnancy and taking medicines from last 2 years. After 21 days of IUI (on 35th day) result shows negative,1st and 2nd day of cycle found blood clots with layers. Doctor din't find any problem in both of us (SSG test done 1 month before found normal).As per DR next step is to check lower abdomen by laparoscopy to find the cause. please suggest 1) next step , 2)reason behind of blood clots with layers and 3) what the cause of infertility.

Better to consult good fertility Center... Don't go by single iui result each iui have success rate only 11-20%depends upon Center  ..so at least 6-7iui cycles advisable

Next step is repeat IUI. Each iui cycle the chance of conception is 20 % . Can tell better about cause of infertility after seeing u with all reports. With what u say....The cause of infertility  may be stress induced.
