I have a drop of spotting today actual period 28th day cycle is tmw..now 8pm till nw only 1drop of spoting is there and only slight pain is there.if it starts at night??..is today considerd as 1st day of period or tmw if flow starts is 1st day..?? As my doctor asked me to cme on 2nd day for scan..iam cnfused plz tell me today is 1st day or not
