Hello doc I am in my 19 weeks pregnancy and from past 2 days m spotting, having cramps and slight lower back pain and pressure on both the sides of the stomach. Doctor says nothing concerning for Noe as my ultrasound showed my cervical length is 43 mm and placenta is 30 mm away from OS. Could be some placental separation? We will get to know in scan on 2nd Jan. M little worried
