19 days late for periods. Urine test negative. Beta hcg is negative. Very thick white discharge. I'm stressed about it alot as it has never happened before.

Some time  due to stress and diet and exercise  pds can be delayed  .some times due to pcod pds can be delayed  if your weight  can be more. Body hair can be more. So ultrasounds  to rule out pcod and Thyroid profile is must. Can take tab meprate 10mg twice a day for3days and stop pds will come after last tab in 5days.
