Mother covishield vaccination done on 20th aug 18months boy who is on breastfeeding getting fever since last night 101.5. given p250 3ml, fever went down and coming back after every 4hrs. 3 times fever repeated in the past 24 hrs, Can I give him antibiotics or monitoring on p250 syrup. Please suggest
