My daughter has been hearing(her own voice)negative voices in her head. The messages started out mild("You stink") to more severe("If you go to sleep, if you go outside you will die." "Since you want to be alone you should die already.")She's on anti-psychotic medication and she sees a psychiatrist. As her mother I'm concerned the voices will get worse. She's been diagnosed with MDD, BPD & SAD. Should she immediately go to the ER to be evaluated? I'm not sure what to do. Please help.

She is seems to Psychotic..so mainstay treatment was Anti Psychotics..If it is not working then the drugs can be changed or other drugs can be added. Consult any Psychiatrist directly.
