I have red spots on my nasal base I got them from rubbing my nose when I had allergies which included the symptoms of nasal congestion, runny nose and itching. It hurts when I touch them but weirdly the pain almost completely disappear when I apply water on them. I think it is most likely a skin infection. So what is it? And how can I get rid of it?
