It seems baby is having regurgitation ( physiological). Please burp well after every feed and try to position the baby in left or right lateral position after burp with head end slightly elevated in inclined position .This will reduce the vomiting.
Next Steps
Colic drops can be given when the baby is irritable and has inconsolable cry .
Health Tips
Avoid cow or formula mik if in use , and concentrate more on mother's milk .

Can be gastro esophageal reflux which is common in newborns. Do proper burping after each feed and keep him on bed with 30 to 45 degree up position from waist to prevent backflow of the milk.
Next Steps
If vomiting persists or baby is dull and not feeding well meet any pediatrician immediately
