Past 10 days she use to go urine often. We check her urine it's shows glucose r + then check sugar f 304 pp 555 hba1c 15.4 and average is 395.

Diabetes at such young age is likely type 1 diabetes which if not tested by insulin can develop serious problems like ketoacidosis. Other causes of youth onset diabetes also needs exclusion. Consult Endocrinologist early
