Hello ma'am, it seems your last period date is 24/02/2025 and you haven't got menses till now. The USG shows you're ovulating. So the Gynac may have advised you to have relations during that period.
Now that you haven't got menses, let's just wait for a complete week or so and repeat urine pregnancy tests.
This is usual and can happen. It's just too early to say anything.
