Heaviness and pain in left side half head ,ear pain from inside ,ear heaviness left side.constant pain in throat.

yes ,this is due to the infection in the back of nose where all these structures meet ,hence infection spread from one place to the other , you need to show to ent consultant for clinical examination ,dont delay
Next Steps
avoid water entry into ear and avoid ear cleaning ,and avoid nose blowing
