I have a 10 years old stitch mark on my neck. I wanted to remove it. Is there any way to remove that mark

Post surgical scar-  first need to check wether it is  hypertrophic (elevated ) or atrophic(depressed) scar. scar can be minimized by doing laser resurfacing..if we remove  it by surgically again we need to put sutures again it will leave a mark.
