My father is hving 101 to 103 fever with excess of shivering. Throat pain and having mouth ulcer which is on the tongue.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can give him a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for today. Ask him to drink plenty of fluids. Warm salt water gargles thrice a day.
