Hi. Greetings. First of all, these lipomas are usually harmless unless they are causing you any distress from aesthetic point of view. Of they are troublesome, they can be excised but it's neither necessary not practical to excise so many lipomas and have so many cuts and stitches all over. You could remove only those that are bothering you. Other thing is that you could try injection lipolysis therapy for a few lipomas and see if you are better with that. Hope this helps. Warm regards.
