A small sac is built filled with water I guess on my left arm. It is slightly painting when touched. It's not itching. What could be the cause? For your reference I attached the picture.

I cannot scale the size of the lesion. Looks smaller than a sagograin (sabudana). Likely an oil splatter causing a burn.
