I have 0.5 cylinderical eye sight in my left eye. I don't have any other problem, like headache etc. Do I need to wear glasses. Can I fix it with my diet, yoga or other hobbit. Thank you sir in advance..

Hello A.  I am sorry but there is no medicine or diet to get rid of glasses B.  As this power is very small, if there is no headache or other visual symptoms then you can avoid glasses
