Always corn pain,can't walk,corn from 14 years pain is more from 2 years and heavy pain.2 are there from 14 years and one is coming and it's small and no pain in small one

the best solution is surgery. U should avoid hard base slippers or shoes. Apply oil massage over soles before sleep. Take good amount of antioxidants
